Hemp oil is widely used in the beauty industry. It can enrich the skin and provide localized relief. It is not advisable to mix hemp oil with just any cream as it may contain ingredients that don’t blend well with the oil. You can apply hemp oil directly on your skin.

Apart from lotions, another way to use hemp oil is in soaps. There are many soaps on the market that contain hemp oil. Just like lotions, the hemp oil in soaps is absorbed by the skin and enters the bloodstream. Hemp oil is known to have anti-aging properties. It will make your skin radiant and youthful.
